my i-130 was moved from Nebraska to Texas, I checked with online agent and she told me it's "being processed at TSC at this time" however it's been 139 days today there is no update on my case , not even being actively reviewed yet . how long does it normally take to get an update . I filed online on 20 August 21

soi checked online today and my i-130 has been moved from Nebraska to Texas . I can't believe this because Texas has a 10.5 -13 month processing time . I filed online in August . why do they move cases from one centre to another? this is so disheartening 😭

showed up at social security office they wouldn't let me in security gave me number to call to make in person appt called number lady say they only doing phone appts while d office open and they seeing people she gave me appt month and half away am wondering if I can visit another social security office outside of my borrow
Nebraska to Texas 😔
Hello, my I-130 (wife of a US citizen) file was submitted on August 24 and was served on the receipt that it is located in central Nebraska. For some time now I have had doubts because I haven't received any notifications so far, so I decide to contact an online agent who tells me that my case is in the texas center not in the service of Nebraska, the time to treatment is between 10.5 and 13 months, I am discouraged 😢

There is no updates. This is taking forever. 😭

is here anyone waiting for DQ (documentarily qualified) actually I have submitted my documents to nvc at September 27, 2021 Cr1 visa category till now I haven’t hear anything about documentarily qualified DQ .. am wondering nowadays nvc start reviewing documents received from 29 September why they forget to see mine documents?

Who else has been waiting for 600 + days for an answer for N-400, USCIS told me that I have to deal with my field office and wait for an answer. How busy can Philadelphia office be!!!
