difference GC to EAD (EB filler)

hi guys! so just to clarify...it looks like the process to get GC and the one to get EAD (work/travel), after received by USCIS goes through two tottaly different processes, right? GC takes in consideration the PD, so receipt and fingerprints date don't matter much... while for EAD, the receipt date is the most important, but fingerprints looks like have a little bit more weight... is my assumption correct? my case: I'm Texas filler SRC212..., PD jun 2020 / receipt Jun 2021 (if I'm not wrong... please look attached timeline) EB-3. Lawfully says that GC could arrive before EAD, which would make sense if PD is more important, since it's 1y before receipt on my case. (both for somewhere on 2nd quarter of 2022, according to the APP). Thank you for your clarifications! I have been waiting since 2019

Hi Everyone, I did my interview since December 2019 in Charlotte NC, I was really praying and hoping to get something from them, boom they sent RFE which we responded to 2 months before the deadline dates. Nothing to show they received the RFE, fast forward to 2021 August I called to speak with USCIS agent and they called back on the 30th day saying the Application was denied and I have asked for a copy of denial letter and it’s no where to be found according to them and they said they have no jurisdiction since I have been charged to court to appear in 2023, I have lost my job due to no EAD then I applied for a renewal last SEPT and still waiting. fingers crossed that I will definitely hear something good. just thought I share my story, keep praying for me🙏

Filing taxes with a nonresident spouse

hi everyone, my husband never been to the US and lives overseas, he doesn’t have SSN or ITIN number! also no w2 or papers that proves his income where he lives now. So; can I file MFS without ITIN and not include his income? would that cause any issues with our I-130 visa or the sponsor application to the NVC? i know i can apply for ITIN and file mfj and probably get more money back but I don’t wanna go to that route and filing w7 form! i just wanna keep it as simple as i can and at the same time legal!

I don’t even know how many years and days that we still have to wait for just an interview date to be schedule . since 12/20/2019 that NVC send me a letter that all my document has be send to Ghana embassy so l should wait for an interview date , since than l have never heard from them . l don’t even know what to do next.

I see everyone is asking people whether their case starts with IOE or MSC. what's the difference? which one is faster or why it's important anyway? (my 485 starts with MSC, EAD and 131 starts with IOE)
