@liza he mentioned vawa so battered spouse i believe I filled in October 2020 my status is showing correspondence was received and Uscis is reviewing it don't know what it means .

well hopefully it is vawa and not all other special immigrants cause that also falls under i360. and they’re a shorter time. and I had seen someone months ago got approved on i360 she said she was a battered spouse it was I believe for November 2020 it was months ago tho let me try to go back and see so I can tell you how far to look back

@beautiful thing , I filed vawa July 2020, I have received 2 prima facie, had the biometrics in January 2021. My I-360 has been in fees were waived since I filed , I-485 changed in June 2021 to correspondence was received and uscis is reviewing it. I-765 is showing case was updated to show fingerprints were taken. no update since last year June 2020

yes I use a lawyer but I did all the expedition myself he knew nothing about it.

i guess some of them just file docs then dont do nothing after that.

what needs to submitted along with i360?

I am June 2019, VAWA approved Sept 2021 and still awaiting I485 approval.
