Hello, everyone. I have a question. How can I change my name on my Social Security card? When I first applied, it was issued under my married name. But now, due to work-related reasons, I need to change it to my maiden name. With the renewal of my work permit, my name was updated to my maiden name. Is it easy to change it back to my maiden name on my Social Security card? I’m still in the process of VAWA and haven’t received any final decision yet.

have anyone been asked for additional evidence from USCIS? I filed VAWA and I-485 same time on Jan 10,2022. my first RFE on Feb 2022 ( Evidence you married the alleged abuser in good faith) now I just got notification about additional evidence.

any vawa approval from 2023?

Hi! I filed my I-485 based on employment (EB3 Skilled) in March 2023, and it's being processed by the National Benefits Center. It's been over 2 years (about 851 days), and I still haven't received any decision, the last update was they used the fingerprint they got.. I submitted an inquiry back in January, but the response was just that they are working on it. Is anyone else going through a similar delay? Is this wait normal? Any advice on what I should do next? Thanks in advance!

Passport renewal query

Has anyone been in a situation where your passport was renewed while your i485 was pending. I have my EAD and AP with however i485 is still pending. I got my passport renewed a while back. Do I need to do anything to report the new passport to USCIS?
