good morning all, please I need help. I filed concurrently, yesterday uscis rejected my form i756and and it back with fee because the form was outdated. can I resend with the same money order? or I have to buy another money order. they only sent the form and the money order back. I have corrected the error and about to send it back. will I need to attach any documents?

Refile or Appeal After i-140 denial
Hi i have two questions and would highly appreciate if someone who has been through the process can help.
1. My i-140 petition is recently denied, and I wanna know if I can ask another firm such as chen to help me with the appeal. I recently did a free profile evaluation through chen immigration and they replied that I have a strong case and would be happy to take my case to file an i-140, though I didn't mention anything about my denial in the free evaluation. Should I mention this denied i-140? I fear that they may back off of the offer they gave me?
2. Is it worth to appeal or its better to just refile the case?

Today, I received approval for my case. I applied last year, in the same month. I had an interview that lasted for an hour, divided into 30 minutes of group discussion and 30 minutes of individual questioning. The officer was friendly and approachable, but he asked a lot of questions.

Green Card Renewal
Someone I know applied to renew their GC back in April. There has been no news or updates on the case by USCIS, no receipt number or anything. The check for the fee has been cashed but no notices. The GC is expiring soon too. What should they do?#greencardrenewal #USCIS #Greencard #gc #i90
USPS stuck returning green card to USCIS (>15 days) — anyone seen this?
My green card was mailed on July 5 to my old address in Long Beach, CA.
It was forwarded the same day, and USPS has been routing it through Los Angeles → Anchorage → Kansas City KS → Kansas City MO.
Still says “In Transit to Next Facility” as of July 22 — no “Returned to Sender” yet.
Has anyone else had their green card get stuck like this during return? How long did it take to reach USCIS again? #usps #uscis #greencard #EB1C
