@r or first time I am hearing of eligibility notice for a 360 case. This can be likened to a Prima Facie document which just means you may be approved. Best wishes!

If divorced what is the decree date, provide document. 2. What is your full name and DOB? 3. What is your current address? (Apartment or House) 4. Where do you work? (Full Address) 5. What visa status did you have prior to filing for I-485? 6. What petition is this I-485 based on? 7. How many times have you been married? 8. Do you have your passports and updated medical document? 9. All the I-485 yes or no questions 10. W2s and tax return or transcripts 11. Do you have any other documents to support your case? @Chucks chachacha I was asked how I met my husband and what was the relationship like? why would he say some of the stuff in my I-130 interview then my lawyer intervened and said why are you asking questions about what the abuser said I have an approved VAWA so we should not go back to that. the supervisor came and then after the officer started asking me the I-485 questions

@AJ power apparently the officers reserve the right to ask you questions from current or previous cases. Your lawyer should know this and should not have intervened. Not answering all the questions asked is more like you’re conducting your own interview which should not be the case. I think post interview, a decision should be made around 180 days. Nonetheless, continue to keep the faith alive. Call, create service requests, write the office if you have to. Best wishes @AJ power

@Chucks chachacha Hi, I want to ask — if move after filing the I-485 and current address is different from the one on the application, can we give the officer the new address during the interview? Will it be a problem that we didn’t update the address within 10 days?

@Maria meza expedite was requested based on humanitarian reasons and was denied for lack of supporting documents.

@kiki C great question. Yes you can give the new address during an interiew if there is one. Instead of waiting, call immediately and change your address with USCIS support. And no, I don’t think it is a problem if you didn’t update your address in exactly 10 days. You just might miss out on certain correspondence if any was sent. Continue to check previous address for mails for maybe 1-3 months to be on a safe side.

@Chucks chachacha thank you for your answer. My mailing address hasn’t changed — it’s still my lawyer’s office. Only my physical address has changed. If the physical address can be updated during the interview without causing any issues, that would be great!
