Nurses filing for EB3
Nurses, how long have you been waiting for I485 to be approved.
I’m at 954 days and counting.
Has anyone changed employer? Will if affect the application in any way?

my i 140 approved in june 2024 since i am waiting for my PD to be current for 485
,my PD 7th july 2023.

953 days here. I changed employers. Just make sure your new employer is willing to file a I485J. I submitted mine to USCIS without them requesting it.

Hi! my PD is March 3, 2023. Got approved on the spot after my interview on Oct. 21st. Received my green card after a week & a half.
