i485J for Nurse
Hi i have a question about my i485J. I’m planning to apply for a 485J as a nurse and I have a question. I really wanna know if my new employer(hospital) have to meet any requirements in order for me to file for 485J. Or as long as they are willing to sign my 485J and then it is the same job type that my old employer sponsor me with then it is OK thank you
Today i got approval notice in my documents tab. but they are asking me for fill I-485 form . May i know how long its take to forward case to NVC (Approval comes from California center)

rfe
hello! i got an rfe last year
june 14 and I responded and received by USCIS june 17, 2024.
now when I checked my account, it says RFE Received Feb 12, 2025 and will be reviewed, idk know what it means, so basically when I responded on june 17, they really didn't receive it? idk what's going on, anybody experienced the same thing? what happened next?

on February 10 I received 2 email action take on my i485... but on February 11 my i-130 was approved I didn't receive any email for my i130 but was approved but my i-485 still pending....

Using EAD- Religious Workers
I have a question if religious workers can use EAD for Uber if there is a backlog… I read online that if h1b people use ead and somehow I 485 gets denied, they need to go outside usa to convert again to h1b. please shed some light on this matter guys. is this also the case for religious workers?
