@w w Which country are you from? Theres a new practice where they sit on people’s I-485 till they get sued. Hopefully, you are not from a banned country because if you are then they won’t approve your greencard for now.

after interview I got Ref 2 days letter mailed them in and been waiting 110 days since 🙏California

I will wait until 1 year has passed since the interview and I will take them to court. I have left my back, paying for a lawyer.
