hello! i got an rfe last year
june 14 and I responded and received by USCIS june 17, 2024.
now when I checked my account, it says RFE Received Feb 12, 2025 and will be reviewed, idk know what it means, so basically when I responded on june 17, they really didn't receive it? idk what's going on, anybody experienced the same thing? what happened next?
SOMEONE IN THE SAME SITUATION? i-130 approved and i-485 pending
on February 10 I received 2 email action take on my i485... but on February 11 my i-130 was approved I didn't receive any email for my i130 but was approved but my i-485 still pending....
nothing on document.

Using EAD- Religious Workers
I have a question if religious workers can use EAD for Uber if there is a backlog… I read online that if h1b people use ead and somehow I 485 gets denied, they need to go outside usa to convert again to h1b. please shed some light on this matter guys. is this also the case for religious workers?

am soooo soooo soooo sooo happy. I just got this notification. My I360 got approved July 2024. I did not file concurrently so once my VAWA was approved I then proceeded to file my I485 along with my medicals in September 2024. My case was sent to Nebraska and Nebraska transferred it to NBC. I receive no RFE and no Interview. my journey is finally over after living in this county for 6 years.
