Chatted with an agent and got this response.
Current location of the case is Texas Service Center. For now, you have reference number xxxxxxxxx, valid for 60 calendar days after created.
We are currently waiting on response as to why the processing of your case is taking longer than usual to process, you will need to wait for a response regarding this matter. We do not provide dates of review, the information is not available nor disclosed. Once a case is accepted and placed into the system it is always with a USCIS officer and under review. Due to an officer having more than one case to process, the case may not be worked on everyday but is always with an officer. Thank you for contacting USCIS. Please enjoy the rest of your day!
PERM APPROVAL
Hi everyone!
Has anyone who filed their PERM in July 2025 received an approval yet?
According to the PERM processing times on the website, they are currently working on July 2025 cases.
My filing date is July 11, 2025, so I was wondering if anyone around the same date has received their approval.
Thank you!
APi codes
I have a question if anyone has come across this or have seen on their API codes.
I saw an “IAF showing update October-7-2020”, and I have only just filled my case for I485 in April of this year (2026) PD is current, fingerprint completed. the last recent update says July 23, 2026. does anyone have, seen or have an idea why that date shows Oct of 2020? thanks
H1B affirmation notice i797c
Hello everyone,
Has anyone experienced a similar situation?
USCIS reaffirmed my petition and I received an I-797C Reaffirmation Notice.27 jan 2026
My USCIS case status still shows Approved.
My CEAC status is still Refused.
A USCIS officer already visited my employer office
When I emailed the embassy today, they only replied: "Please contact USCIS for further updates regarding your petition."
Has anyone received the same response? What happened in your case afterward? Any experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
interview date 10 jan 2025

Unable to Add My I-130 Case to USCIS Online Account – Need Advice
My lawyer filed an I-130 petition for my wife. I am currently in the United States, while my wife is outside the U.S.
I created a USCIS online account and tried to add my case so I could track it. However, every time I enter my family name (as the petitioner) and my date of birth, I receive a message saying that the information is incorrect. I do not have the Online Access Code either.
Am I missing something? Does anyone know how I can add my case to my USCIS account and track the petition status? Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated.
Interview schedule and Unclassified document
Hi all,
I'm a GC holder, field I-130 and 485 for my spouse. We got multiple interview schedules which was desheduled by USCIS. Notice of interview deschedule was sent in each case.
Today, we got a notification that an interview has been scheduled for later this year. However, when I logged onto the USCIS online account, I found a document called "unclassified document" dated few weeks ago stating a denial of the I-130 because we failed to show up for an interview (recall that all interviews were descheduled by USCIS and notices were sent). This notice was not sent by mail, and there was not paper mail sent to this effect. Also, the online case tracker for the I-130 still reads that case was received and 485 reads that interview was scheduled.
This is a confusing. Has anyone also experienced this? We will appreciate your insights on this matter. Thank you.
N.B: my spouse has a valid legal status
