is any body here from cincinnati? how long did you received your interview date from the day you submit your N-400? Idk why mine taking so long. all my friends they didn't wait 2 months for them to received their interview date. I don't have pending I-751 and my I-751 was processed so quickly! it only took 5 months for them to approve but idk why my N-400 take so long I guess. i already waiting almost 2 months now. #cincinnati

Not received any update on my I-130 filling yet
Hi everyone,
I filed an I-130 petition for my parents (as a U.S. citizen) and it’s been almost 13 months now. So far, I’ve only received the receipt notices and no updates about whether the case has been approved or not.
Is this normal? How long does it usually take to get a decision?
Would really appreciate if anyone can share their experience or advice.

How sad, really. I'd like to know if I filled out something incorrectly on the form. They received the evidence a while ago, exactly the month I sent it online. And it still says my case is under active review. In other words, the timeline hasn't changed at all.We have a one-year-old child, and I have a student visa. We have never had any problems with the law.
