case denied!
my case was denied shortly after they sent my letter for an interview date, I could not attend to the interview because my letter came after the supposed interview date., I called and was told it would be rescheduled! I got an email two days ago from USCIS and I was told my case would be replied in 10 working case concerning the interview! today i received a denial! what can I do? am worried. anyone in this situation ?

filling ead(co9) by myself
hello, please I really need help, can someone explain to me how to file for ead by myself, my lawyer file for I-360 but I just called to see if they got any ead application because I did not get a receipt for the ead,but they said they did not. so now I just want to file by myself because my lawyer is taking forever to reply, please how do I file(I only got the I-360 reciept and prima facie)

I applied for I485 on October 2024, and on January 21 I moved to Response To USCIS RFE was received. I am tracking the case here on Lawful and I see that my case is 16th/ 309 case and on April 25, "Ranking history has changed " do you think I should expect something soon or not?
Is there any of you, guys, that was in the situation?
NVC process is Documentarily Qualified
As of April 28th, the documents have been approved after submitting documents and fees payment since my approval on April 4th. So less than a month and now the case is transferred to the Islamabad Embassy. So does anyone know how long is the wait time for interview to be scheduled and notified on the interview date?

I-130 Transferred to Potomac — Approval Soon or Delay?
I contacted Emma after receiving an ‘action taken’ email last week. They told me my I-130 was transferred from the California Service Center to the Potomac Service Center. My priority date is 2/1/24. Should I be expecting an approval soon, or will this transfer delay the process? Anyone with knowledge of similar recent experience?
Finally Approval
I am so happy today two things at the same day my wife just passed her presentation of study’s graduation. and After 5 hours got email says that my case finally approved . hopefully everyone will reach their turn soon. we filed our I130 petition on October 23th, 2023 after 18 months and 5 days.
Asylum interview
hello guys, I have a pending asylum case and I studied nursing here and got my nursing license and my hospital were I work has filed for my EB3 and i140 got approved. uscis send me a letter that they are liasing to get a date for my eb3 interview in my home country when my priority date will be current(June). though my lawyers are working for my interview to routed to another country since I have a pending asylum.
Today I got a letter from uscis for my asylum interview. I am now so confused on what to do.
