NVC maiden name and new first name conflict
Good morning people, I just got documentarily qualified,but the bio-data page I uploaded carried my maiden name not my husband's name,my new updated passport is yet to be out,but from the mail and all on my nvc page aside ds-260 my maiden name is all over it ,it has changed from my new surname...should it be worried ? OrI should just upload the new passport when it is ready?
Primary approved, but no update on dependent's 485
primary 485 and 485-J approved, but no update on dependent's 485 since fingerprints in Nov 2024.
Any similar experience? how long before we can expect an update?

my case was approved one month ago , but they don’t make me de delivery, I call uscis and they told me that is normal that takes 2 months for the delivery any one with the same experience?

2nd interview requested
We did concurrent filing for me when f2a category was current status and already gave 1st interview on april 2024 and no results after interview which we were told in interview will get it in 3-4 weeks. Yestersay when we called uscis customer support we were guided that there was another 2nd interview requeted by officer in march 2025 but not scheduled. Did anyone have faced such things before ?? I still can’t see the first interview in our documents like appoinment letter or uscis customer support are not even able to see there was any interview until they get response from field office where interview took place the response was yes there was initial verification interview never heard of it before uscis even have initail verification interviews

From Consular to AOS
Hello! I was finally approved. Sharing my timeline with more information. I’m from Honduras. I have been here since 1994. I’m a daca recipient. I started with consular because I didn’t have a legal entry. I was continuing with consular out of fear to do AP. I finally lost that fear when my grandpa became ill. After I returned from that trip I was able to file AOS. I interviewed on June 11 at the Houston FO. It was a short interview. I have been married since 2012 and I had an approved I-130 from 2019. It took 106 days from my case being received to me being approved. I didn’t have to go in for biometrics since I have DACA. The 601-A waiver took three years to approve. I filed all documents and forms myself, except the I-130. Good luck everyone! Now I wait for my card in the mail.
p.s.I lost a lot of money with continuing consult but it’s a lesson learned. I should’ve lost the fear and done AP sooner.
