is there anyone whose case is being transferred to Non-local Santa ana field office recently? what is their average processing timelines?
my case was transferred to Non-local Santa ana field office on 6/10 and I-485J case was generated on 7/7 (though submitted with original package of I-485).
no further update and radio silence since then.
any thoughts?

filed concurrently with premium processing for I140. totally worth it. Got approval in 5 days.
transferred to non local FO- queens on April 28th. it took them almost two months to look at the case and I thought I would get approved as interview was waived. but got a medical RFE for polio vaccine which delayed things
my surgeon was out of country so I waited and re did the medical and sent the response.
response received on July 25th and approved the next day.

felt like a long time but was in hindsight it was smooth without major RFE or interview. it’s the wait that seemed heavy.

Green Card not received get
It has been 95 days since I payed my immigrant fee in order to receive my green card and haven’t receive it yet ..
is there any way to rush the process besides an erequest .. I really need it to start working , as provider request a proof of status in order to start working .. what should I do ? processing time marks up to 90 days only

On Monday I sent an inquiry and they responded on Thursday saying that my case was ready, just waiting for an appointment, and that for the moment they couldn't do anything.
I always check the status of my case at the CEAC and it said I was in NVC. I checked today and it said in transit. That means I'll have my appointment soon.🙏✨💕😜🥹

seriously does sending rfe start over case processing time how much longer do I have to wait I think I am the only person that has been waiting so long for a response after rfe it’s almost seven months most people cases I have read on here rfe gets approved in a month. godhelpme really can’t do this no more

Do naturalization cases take longer to precess when there is a name change involved?
so i filed my N400 and in it i did a name change,had my biometric on January 7th this year but till today making my case almost 8 months i havnt gotten an interview date yet, is it because i did a name change why it is taking too long to get processed???
