waiting times
I just submitted my case on February 23, but I'm seeing many personal experiences where people who submitted in 2023 or 2024 are still waiting for their I-140. What do you recommend-filing for premium processing? I'm also noticing that some people get responses faster than others, and I'm not sure why that is. For example, some people who submitted their case in July 2024 have already received a response, while others who submitted in May 2024 haven't. Do you know why some are reviewed faster than others?

@alfredo f I just paid for my premium processing, my priority date was aug/2024. what I’m seeing only premium processing cases having been processed, that’s why I paid, also I see people waiting for a answer since 2023.

If you feel your case is strong and you have the funds for Premium Processing, the best thing you can do is apply for it—for your peace of mind. If you get an RFE, you can work on it. If you get a denial, you’ll still have time to strengthen your case and apply again. And if you get approved, you’ll be really happy. I’ve been waiting since March 2024, and now I have to keep waiting because, at this point, the $3K investment doesn’t feel worth it.
