good evening all, please my biometric is on Friday , the only means of identification i have is my international passport which expired 3 weeks ago. I don’t know what to do as I don’t have any other documents to proof my identity.

change of address / change of venue for interview

Hi everyone!! I moved from Dallas to California, but the lawyer that I was using initially lives in Florida. Now I have a new lawyer working on my case in California. My Vawa was approved in 2023, but my I- 485 was closed because USCIS did not have jurisdiction over my case and I had a master hearing with the court. long story short I got my case dismissed out of the court and USCIS reopened my I-485. the issue I am having now is that all of my receipts and letters are going to my old lawyer even thou my new lawyer put in the paperwork to show that she is my new lawyer and also to change my address. now I have an interview for my I- 485 in Florida and I have never lived in Florida. what do you guys think I should do ????

My PD is may 1 2024 I am seeing may cases approved so I just don’t understand how they pass may first and still can’t give me a decision I’m so tired of waiting 😞

Interview Done - USCIS asked for RFE in June. submitted right away. no recipt notice received

Hello quick question- Did my interview in April, USCIS asked for RFE in June. send it right away. I haven’t received receipt notice that they received the RFE. I have tracking number it says it’s delivered. what should I expect I heard after 90 days of RFE i485 will be denied and I have to refile. Or uscis will take time to process RFE. #i485
