A transfer to Baltimore FO does not automatically mean interview. USCIS can move I-485 cases between offices for adjudication and workload reasons, and employment-based adjustment interviews may be waived at USCIS’s discretion. So the transfer usually means the case is moving through field-office review, but it does not by itself tell you whether an interview will happen.
