I posted before about the rfie I got it last Friday they were about - birth certificate ( valid ) I don’t know what does mean valid birth certificates! but I sent them one before without l translation so maybe I need to translate it 2 - immigration medical exam ! I’m looking for a cheap one most of the places I was looking there were over 300 is that normal ?

Hi family! Any approvals from July/August 2022? How long is gonna take processing these two months?! PD August/2022, I130 is approved 2 years ago, they took an action a month ago but nothing changed on my case since then. Good luck to all🙏🏻

My derivative’s passport copy that we submitted with the AOS application back in Jan-2025 has expired in Aug-2025, should we upload the new passport copy in the “unsolicited evidence” section? looking for input from folks who have uploaded evidence on their own.

please I submitted concurrently, but my i756 was rejected because the form was outdated, while I was refilling the i756 to resubmit they scheduled biometric for my i485 which I did few days ago, now another letter of biometric for the i756 has arrived and it’s next week. please do I have to go? since I just did biometric for i485. has anyone experienced this?

Hi after 7 years of filing asylum. i got decision and the decision have a Notice to appear in court for removal proceding. so my attorney filed case and canceled the first hearing date . but it been months I didn’t get any Notice to appear again? anyone pls guide how much time it will takes? and also pls guide how much time courts take to make decsion?

Visa Bulletin Prediction for October

Hello everyone, I am in a very tough situation. My PD is April 5th 2022 and I have only been able to file for I-140. I have been on F1 this whole time but going forward it seems like it might be very difficult for me to carry on due to some family issue. What are your predictions for October bulletin? When will I be able to file for i1485 within the next 6 months? If the timeline is more than a year I think I will do this process from my home country else if it’s less than 6 months I want to continue to maintain my F1 and do AOS. Thank you,

Hello everyone, please i am yet to get a receipt notice for my EAD renewal which my Attorney submitted in March. is there a way i can check with USCIS to know if they received my application? please tell me your opinion if you have this similar issue. secondly, my i-360 changed to eligibility notice was mailed 97 days ago. which came to be another PF. that will be the 4th PF in this journey. please hong do i still have to wait to get an approval. my filing date is July 14, 2022 i will appreciate your response. thank you all
