Greened by the grace of God
hello friends I'm little late to share my time line but I finally got my green card I didn't waste s single dime of my hard earned money on Mandamus instead I just kept my patience and no interview nothing happened all they asked for RFe and I submitted the requested documents and there you go I got blessed I've a piece of vanilla advice to all the people waiting from more than 700+ days don't waste your money on mandamus it's just a waste of money and you'll most probably be called for interview if you are planning or you have filled the Mandamus anyway thanks to all the community and most importantly lawfully just keep having faith and you’ll reach the Goal.

n400 by mistake had a typo in name
hey, I failed for 400 last week; when I got the receipt I realize that in my last name I missed one letter(instead of “thy” I put “ty”’; so I’m bit worried.. I have since uploaded a name typographical error correction letter with green card and passport scans. I am trying to see what else should I do? i am a bit concerned if it will be a problem and also if it may delay the case ? How can I resolve this ? I also have my biometric scheduled in next 4 weeks and wondering if I can correct there or if there would be problem there. please help advise.
has anybody been through similar situation .Would be grateful to hear their experience .

domestic travel
Is it safe to travel domestically while my I-485 is pending, even though I have already completed my interview? I've seen a lot of viral videos on social media claiming that even people with legal status have been detained. Is it still safe to travel within the U.S.? Has anyone traveled recently without any issues?
Premium processing upgrade, past 3-week deadline with no action — anyone else?
My case was originally filed under regular processing, then USCIS upgraded it to premium processing on July 24 (a few months after the initial filing). It's now going to hit 6 weeks under premium processing this coming Tuesday, well past the standard 15-business-day/3-week premium processing guarantee. USCIS hasn't taken any action yet, and my attorney hasn't received any notice either.
Has anyone else experienced premium processing going past the 3-week window? If so:
- How long did it ultimately take to get a decision?
- Did you get any explanation for the delay?
- Did you contact USCIS or file a service request, and did that help?
Would appreciate hearing from anyone who's been through this.
