Case Processing
EAD Card
hi everyone!
I applied for my VAWA in 2023, and no progress yet. all that’s still showing is Case was transferred to another office. I did not realize that my lawyers did not file a separate work permit for me until last year. They finally filed the work permit April 2nd 2025. I have received a receipt notice saying they received it but up until now, January is making it the 9th month, I have not had any other updates about the work permit either. just keeps saying case is received. Nothing yet even about biometrics. Please is there something I can do? or just to keep praying and waiting? Thank you!
Why is i140 denial rate too high in Lawfully premium stat?
My case is i140 based on PERM and public USCIS data shows the denial rate of EB2 I140 with PERM is just 1-2% during FY2025 Q1-3.
But on Lawfully premium analysis, it is much bigger.
Anyone knows What is the difference?
Lawfully does not distinguish i140 perm and NIW?
