Hi guys, I would like to know how to proceed. I was approved yesterday but when I looked at the letter, normally I should have 10 years in my Green card but they gave me 2 conditionals. I got married to my wife on December 16, 2022. We are already 2 and 4 months old. What should I do please?

been waiting so long. They just asked rfe for the i693 form. I sent out 2 days ago. Do you guys know how long it takes to get approved. They said this is final decision. My i130 approved 2 weeks ago. hopefully everything will done this week.

Asylum based green card approved

Other client of my immigration attorney received an asylum based green card today. Saw it personally. He won asylum in April last year, and applied for green card in August 2024. No RFE, interviews or anything like that. Green card was one year backdated to April 2024. I’m personally waiting for mine. Sent RFE month ago, my one year asylum grant will be in June. Stay tuned! 🇺🇸
