PD August 02nd 2022 but no update on interview

Anyone got approved in October 2025(PD 02nd August 2022) received an interview date? Sri Lankan embassy

hi guys I just get the information I had a court regarding to my marriage case in October that I did not receive the notice and I get a removal order because I have not went to it ! but I have my vawa case pending, what should I do now and how much it affects my vawa case now ?

since May 2024 there is no any updates on my case. The USCIS received my rfe in May 2024. It was outside of normal consideration period, I made a request 5days ago. It says that they might respond in 60 days.

For anyone who’s done their marriage-based green card interview — how was the experience? I have mine coming up soon, and even though I’ve submitted all the required documents and feel prepared, I tend to get nervous and blank out during interviews. Just curious how it went for others and if there are any tips to stay calm during the process.

Hi everyone, My VAWA (I-360) was approved, and I recently received an interview notice for my I-485. The interview is scheduled together with my 14-year-old son (derivative applicant). I was wondering if anyone here has had experience attending an I-485 interview with a child after VAWA approval. If so, could you please share: • What kinds of questions were asked during the interview? • Were there any questions directed to your child, and if so, what were they like? • Did the officer mostly speak to the parent, or to both? After Trump suspended the issuance of decisions, our case status was changed from Decision Pending to Application Pending. Today, we received a status update indicating Interview, but upon reviewing the case online, the status reverted back to Decision Pending.

Hello everyone! Maybe someone can share advice or their experience. On June 12th, 2025, I received my CR1 visa. I paid the fees for my Green Card on October 14th, and the next day, October 15th, I entered the US. Since then, I haven’t received my Green Card yet. When checking on USCIS, it says they received my payment and to wait up to 90 days. It’s already been more than 60 days with no updates. Is it normal to wait this long for the card? I know many people who received their Green Card within 2 weeks of entering the US.
