vawa eoir
While my VAWA petition was pending, I received an NTA letter; an EOIR court case was opened, and a hearing date was scheduled. Now, my VAWA petition has been approved. Will USCIS issue a decision, or will the court decide? Is it possible to have the court proceedings terminated?

Dear friends, while my VAWA case was pending, we filed a motion; however, despite eight months having passed, we have not received any response. Apparently, due to the Trump administration, they are not scheduling court hearings. @Jan 2025 @Nik Nelly @A S @filler 2022 @

@Ko ka vawa from 2022. NTA from 2025. when they aproved your vawa? Is your NTA on the system?

@A S Moreover, the claims made in the NTA are completely baseless. It is alleged that I overstayed because I did not leave the country in February 2020; however, I had an I-485 application pending as of September 2019. Furthermore, they had even issued me a work permit in 2020. In other words, the NTA rests entirely upon a baseless allegation.
