NOID Medical Reference
I received a medical Rfe from USCIS before decision on my case. I had it done, mailed the doctor's sealed envelope and then uploaded a copy online. Now the mailed one is yet to get to USCIS but the uploaded one has been reviewed and NOID been issued saying what I uploaded isn't complete and so I should get a completed one.
Any advice or concerns
EAD is delivered !!! so soon’

I-140 approved.. waiting for visa bulletin/ sending form I-485
Did anyone here have their I-140 form approved and had to wait a few months for the visa bulletin to include their PD? I would like to know if anyone who went through this and already sent the I-485 has already received the green card and how long it lasted… thank you
