it’s not waived until you’re approved without an interview. they definitely don’t review it with enough detail at NBC before it goes to a field office. if your marriage is legit and there’s no funky immigration stuff it will most likely be waived @miracle miracle

Customer service is untrustworthy. Sometimes they aren’t able to correctly answer even the basic questions. I wouldn’t count on them.
