Alhamdullah today morning I had my interview and everything was well
they took my passport and gave me a white paper
So im waiting until they print my visa
The appointment was good and all the questions was easy (about the family relationship )
I advise anyone will get his appointment soon to do some important things as
1-go to any office before the appointment to check your documents and make sure that everything is fine
because I was having a lot of wrong things and alhamdullah We corrected all errors specially
on the sponsor and his income tax
2- bring all your original documents and Medical examination
3-you have to bring as much as you can any thing prove the relationship between you and the petitioner( pictures together, screenshots of your conversations between you and your petitioner , Pictures of financial transfers , and whatever you can bring. it’s really important ) #djibouti
I485 Approved 7 weeks ago no GC yet
Hey guys, how long did it take for y’all to receive your green card after case was approved? Today makes it 7 weeks since I was approved & i’m yet to receive updates. When i call they say its in production. Anyone with similar experience? anyway to get them to produce & send it?

RFE PD:April /2023
Today something abnormal happened in my process. I received an RFE in September/2023, I sent the documents and they received them on 11/2The update appeared on my i485 and was received. Today when I opened it it appeared that it was received on 4/1/2024. Anyone with this experience?
and today my progress tag changed from 5weeks to 6months .
approval came at midnight April 2nd 2024
approvals for April filers from 2023 are finally starting to get approved from the beginning of the month till the last day so who ever filed Early April 2023 check your stuff guys #Approved #I-130 #Wife #Beneficiary #Spouse #ImmediateRelative

Renewal of Drivers license in Dallas Texas
Hi guys I recently went to DMV to renew my DL using my EAD form I-797 receipts though my receipt does not explicitly state the 180 days automatic extension but i do qualify for 180 days extension based on category A(10) but the lady at the window wanted a receipt that explicitly states the 180 days extension even though I showed hera copy of categories that qualify for 180 days extensions from USCIS website, please does anyone have any input that can help, btw I'm in Dallas Tx

does anyone have any experience with sending a written enquiry to USCIS Vermonth Office? how would I expect a response?
