is transferred to non local field office. There was no update/notification in the apps for that transfer

Thanks. Yes I think everyone with PD before 15 Feb, 2023 can get approval anytime from now and surely before the new fiscal year.

Thanks. I-140 took 17 days with premium processing. I wasted money with premium processing since the dates retrogressed later
