Update
Hi everyone! My process was received in December 2023 and since then there has been no further update. Can someone tell me if this is normal? I'm very anxious and my lawyer tells me to wait, but it's not easy. 🫤

@Carol C if you're already anxious it's going to be a very long wait since the entire process is currently running over 3 years. There are some people who applied 2020 who are still waiting. Was it just the I-360 that you filed? If so, the next thing you'll receive is either a RFE or prima facie. I can't tell you the timeline on that since some people never got the PF but were still approved. If you filed for the EAD or travel parole, those are normally approved in 6-9 months

My dear just keep the faith..my pd was March 1 2021 i785 approved in a year and i360 was approved in Dec2023 ..still waiting on i485

I applied may and on June I got the letter of them receiving my case and now July biometric

@sweet lins I know it's a 3-year process in total. I just find it strange that there has been no manifestation or request for anything for 8 months
