So the NVC made a mistake on my K1-FTP with my surname, I sent an inquiry about it. Was that all I should’ve done or is there something else I can do to solve this issue?

hello all, I was scheduled for my I-485 vawa interview for the second time. My first interview was Sep last year, after that I got a notification that interview was canceled, today I got another update saying interview was scheduled. Anyone with similar experience??

APROABADA!! Abril /09/23 🇵🇷❤️🇩🇿

Acabamos de ser aprobados en NVC!! Visa Fiance… Un proceso Largo pero gracias a Dios nos acaban de aprobar!! Aquí unos detallitos. Todo lo hice sola sin abogados, Utilizé mucho youtube y Tiktok Live de abogados para hacer preguntas. Fuimos Refused 221g luego de la entrevista pq querían papeles originales de mi divorcio. Así que los envíe desde Puerto Rico a Algería el mismo día. La entrevista fue el 9 de Abril 2024, los documentos tardaron una semana en llegar así que se entregaron el 13 cuando llegaron y ese mismo día lo recibieron. Hicieron un update en fecha solamente el 17 fe Abril seguiamos Refused hasta hoy que nos aprobaron. 🥹LLEVEN TODO LO DE SU DIVORCIO ORIGINAL!

Traveling with AP while expired EAD?

hi 👋🏻 I’m adjusting status, waiting for my I-485, I just traveled internationally with AP I-131 without trouble and I’m planning to travel again in a couple months but my EAD will expire soon. Any experience with that? should I cancel my travel or EAD has nothing to do with AP? thank you all!

I got update on my case status saying, request for evidence and notice of intent (NOI)for my I 485 after vawa approval 2021, meanwhile I filed for i485 2023 July with all medical sent along with it....is anyone familiar with such notice and what did you do ,how did it end up,am so confused.pls help🙏
