@Sid N My GC was approved on 8/15 (1 day before USCIS announced they used all the quota for EB3). my husband's and daughter's are still pending although they got current again in October

Hi @Mimi M my dependent got approved yesterday. I raised request to congressmen 2 weeks ago and finally it approved yesterday.

@M A The last update for my dependents was CRP in Dec/2023. Couple of days ago I could chat with an USCIS live agent and he said that their case is in normal processing and I can only raise a inquiry after Aug/2026.

@Sid N Congratulations, this is great!! Could you raise a request with congressman for both your wife and daughter?

thanks , yes you can . you need to explain overall scenario (background, current status, why we requesting congressman I mean urgency, and ourcome we are expecting), in the section where they expect us to put the detail and put both reciept numbers.
