Any F4 approval: a message of frustration.
Hello lawfully community any F4 approvals of the year 2012 application I am june 4 2012 anyone like me still waiting for approval or got the approval cause I am seeing alot of irregularities with uscis approval rate. Some that applied in 2020 or 2022 got approved(any country not specific) but people like me from 2012 or even 2008 still nothing just migration to elis what's wrong here with uscis it's really frustrating, alot of time waiting and never knowing when will you get approved in a month, a year or years. Everytime I read good news are coming for backlogs but I think it is still the same backlogs (for all categoriesnot just f4). Sorry community but I am really frustrated and wanted to share this with you.

my mom is december 2012, and was approved in 2020, but since her priority date is not current in the bulletin she can't complete the NVC process or get a visa anyway

I am behind you in 2016. I have F3 and F4. no approvals for me in any of those. But if you have kids it’s much better that they take longer so that kids don’t age out.

my case f3 2013 not approved yet from india but 5 month ago email received your case move maigret to ELIS...

My case is F4, priority day in 2023, approved in 7 months in 2024.

new i130 are getting approved quicker as thy r already on ELIS compared to old paper based i130 as thy r now being migrated to ELIS and to b honest jus getting an approval letter will make no difference.. as it all depends on PD.. but o do agree that getting an approval makes the wait time for PD more relaxing ..PD june 2014 still waiting for approval...

@FM GM yeah I know every new i130 getting approved faster and yeah as you said knowing that you're approved is better from nothing happening to your case
