Does anyone know if they will interview me again or if my case will go to court. My case was updated in January 2024. Your case is with uscis and it is pending.

Advanced parol for a Canadian sick father
Hi everyone out there. I am Canadian married to a US citizen and I filed for an adjustment of status. and I am trying this app. I am happy that it exists even if it is just a support for others. I applied and got a receipt date of March 15th. I did my biometrics on April 10th. My application is currently being reviewed it says and is with the National Benifits Center.
I was wondering what type of time frames people have with advanced parole approval from NBC? My father has terminal cancer and I am going to ask for expidited approval but not emergency as he could still be alive in 6 months but I doubt it. My immigration lawyer said it is not guaranteed they will approve it as it is not an emergency one. I read that I can contact a congress person and if they help, I could possibly get approved.

A few minutes ago, I called UCSIS call center,
Agent says my 485 was sent to my local field office on April 25 , and Fingerprint was added to 485 on Feb22,2024 . However my vawa was approved on February,2024. Does it mean soon I am getting an interview? I didn’t get RFE medical yet !
