RFE FOR LATE REGISTRATION OF BIRTH
so I submitted the additional evidence requested for late registration of birth for my 2 children..how long would it take uscis to respond to the RFE? its saying “case is being actively reviewed and nothing is outstanding “ that’s the message I got after submitting additional documents.

Please did you respond to the RFE online or by mail. My husband submitted our response through FedEx and when we track it, it says it was delivered on 30th August but USCIS has not updated the website that response has been received yet. its really stressing us.

@Mrs. LAB same as me I respond to the RFE by online and mail. I send on 12th August it was delivered on 15th August but until now I don’t have any update from USCIS in the website that responds has been received!!! i submitted my case 9th June 2023 I hope I will get approved this month 🥹🥹
