@ESS CEE congratulations! I see you had given biometrics two times, is this common? I thought itโs only one time. may I know your country of chargeability

My case was transferred to the Texas Service Center and was stuck their for a long time. The Biometrics and the medical do have expiration dates. I raised several queries and then finally a query with the Obudsman which is when it started moving again. Once the Ombudsman took on my case it was transferred to the National Benefits Center, by then my medical had expired and I had to redo that as well. This has nothing do to with my country of chargeability since this was an Employment Based application .Iโm just glad I have it now.
