@f santos Did they ask for medical RFE?
TRS HopefullySep 6, 2024
@Rumi S Moving forward doesn’t mean they will not approve previous applications.
Rumi SSep 6, 2024
I thought 2019,2020 people got there green cards and then they go for the next years
Rumi SSep 6, 2024
I thought once PD becom current we will get green card in 2-3 months. My theory is not correct 🤦‍♀️
David MierSep 6, 2024
I send my medical RFE together with my I 485 application, then they re-used my previous fingerprints
David MierSep 6, 2024
I live in NY, my case is being processing in NBC Arkansas city
Rumi SSep 6, 2024
@David Mier it’s been more than 2years you submitted your medical with i485,they did not ask for another one ?
David MierSep 6, 2024
nop, I'm under SIJ so when my current date was available I send everything right away, they just ask for medical record and fingerprints, but they are taking too long for just fingerprints at this point is 65 days since fingerprints were taken, hopefully is gonna update soon

As everyone knows, each case is different and particular. I am hoping to have my PD current in the next visa bulletin to talk with the congressman and the senator. Mine is July 2021.
jose callesSep 8, 2024
@David Mier No, your case is not being processed in Arkansas. Your case is being processed at your local office. In my case, the Long Island National Benefit Center sends it to a local office. Look for your local office with your zip code and you will know your processing time.
