RFE for for I-864W
Hi Vawa family,
Trust everyone is holding on fine, I put up a post last week about 2nd rfe after vawa approval. My lawyer sent me the letter today and uscis is asking me to submit (1) form I-864W (2) mark the reason why I should be exempted and (3) supporting document to support the exemption. Has anyone gone through this before? My lawyer is suggesting we should schedule an info pass to go to my local office and speak with an officer as this doesn’t apply to vawa case. I called uscis and was told a senior officer will contact me in 72hrs for the info pass. If the officer calls, what can I tell them to get a date? or how can I present my case to them? Thanks for your help always
Could/Would you wait this long
honestly it had it’s up and downs (mostly downs) but it ended and am now waiting on the card to fly out, or go join the military lol.

hi family
I have got an email says we have taken an action log in to check. it was almost two weeks ago and everyday I check but no update. I called USCIS and when I asked check my status and give receipt number of( I 485) she said because you submitted your form online you’ll need to communicate with us online as well do you have online account? I don’t know what this means and she won’t let me talk to real agent. please help if you ever experienced this. it’s the second time they say this to me.

Just wow! 130 days later, the ride is over. Got approved this morning. I’m still in shock! I’m beyond grateful and happy. I wish everyone a fast process :)

NO MORE COMBO CARD?!?
Combo Card Renewal- I finally received my receipts for the renewal. however I am wondering as this time my I765 receipt says C09 without the P. and I got a separate I131 receipt. does that mean they gonna do them separately this time around? my previous receipt from few years ago stated C09P.
