I recived an rfe that says: You must provide the following information in order for us to make a final decision on your case:
Does that mean they’re most likely to make a final decision or it’s just the way they send all rfes. I got rfe before this one and it says to (process your case) instead of (to make a final decision)

Can I upgrade 485 from F2A to CR/IR1/IR6 after my spouse becoming a citizen
my petitioner became a us citizen 3/20/2024. I filed 485 (adjusting status in the United States) back on 3/15/2023. 130 was already approved on 3/15/2024. Now the visa application for 485 had a retrogression for F2A. Does anyone know what can I do? Can I upgrade 485? Do I have to file 824 or resubmit 485? Thank you very much for your help

Work permit and travel document (advanced parole) approved !!
I wasn’t sure because I just received the approval for work permit but not the one for travel document until I scrolled down and checked documents (below progress tab) and realize it was a “combo approval” for both applications. In exactly 2 months when they received my case.
I-485 (2 months) and I-130 (13 months) still pending tho.. 😔

Request passed to tier 2 agent
Hi,
I submitted a request to expedite my I-765 for financial hardship due to medical bills for cancer treatment.
they said that this request needs to be passed to a tier 2 immigration officer.
They then said I will hear back from them in 10 days. however while reasearching about this, many people have said they had heard this numerous times and it’s not got anywhere.
does anyone have experience with this?
