Case remains pending
Hello Community,
on September 25 I received an update on the I-485 that USCIS is pausing work on my application since a visa number is not available. However the new fiscal year has already started, and visas should now be available, but I haven’t seen any updates so far
Does anybody have experienced this situation, how long do they usually take to resume the process? Any suggestions on what to do to get things moving??

the worst thing is you have restricted ssn and work authorization and good companies don’t entertain or accept you for jobs

@l Gonzalez yes I am and it’s frustrating my husband is being interviewed I think 15 times in 2 months but every body not moving forward due to restricted ssn and EAD coz they need GC.
