Any September Approvals?
Hi everyone,
My Pd is 09/25/20 still CRP. Wanted to check if there is any 09/20 approvals. My case is at NBC. Renewed my EAD and AP on 2/29/24. EAD was approved quickly and AP was just approved yesterday after Congressman inquired about my I485 and I131. Regarding my I485 I just received a general answer that “case is current and will be worked in the order received”

Medical RFE response and no actions on my case
Hi,
I’m currently on EB2 NIW I-485 and my PD is current.
I applied concurrently on November 23, 2022, and no updates since the last update on January 20, 2023, for fingerprints were taken.
my case transferred to LA FO on April 2024 and received Medical RFE on April 30, 2024.
I responded to RFE on May 13, 2024, and I didn’t get any confirmation that the USCIS received my Medical Reports or even that they issued the RFE itself.
Today, I was checking with Emma Agent Abd got this update “Your case is currently processing at the Los Angeles field office. An officer last worked your case on 05/31/2024. I am not yet seeing any update yet for your RFE response. Your case is still under review.”
does anyone have an experience like this and when should I expect a decision?
Case Moved to Local Field Office
Spoke with a live agent and was told that my case was moved to the local field office in Louisville on April 11th 2023, however my case has not been updated since January 2023 since I uploaded RFE. What is next?
