@H K - Hi, am I right in understanding your PD is 2nd September 2023? Did you do an expedite request or file a K3 - anything at all done to make your case move faster? I ask becuase they're working on mid-October 2023 right now for IR-1/CR-1 consular processed I-130's, and I am also a September 2023 filer. I wanted to see if you're an anomaly or if they're working on September cases simultaneously?!
As for your question, it's going to take a couple of days from your approval until your case is forwarded to NVC, then NVC will take maximum 2 weeks to send the invitation email - usually before that.

I filled a k3 a month after we submitted i130. we did not expedite

It took 2 days for me to see the message from USCIS that my case was sent to NVC and 2 days to receive an email from NVC with the access to CEAC and we paid fees and it took 2 more days to see those payments as PAID and then I could fill the ds260 and submit i864 and documents and after 7 days of submitting I got approved by NVC so 2 weeks the whole process
