RFE for medicals…
I sent my medicals about 2 months ago and my deadline is supposed to be June 20, till this day, uscis hasn’t updated my case to “Response received” or any knowledge that they received my medicals. all I know is that usps delivered to them… has anyone experienced something similar? i am scared because my deadline is in 2 days… any thoughts?

Question about DS-260
When it's time for us to fill out the DS 260 and submit the civil documents, when should we go get the Police certificate ? Is this something we can do now while waiting for our I 130 to be approved or do we need to wait ? She is in Thailand and would need to put in a request for this and could take 30 days to process.
Thank you in advance for the advice, just trying to stay ahead of the game. Lol
I 485 Approved for my Husband!
I am the Primary of our case, my husband is my dependant and his I 485 got approved and I haven’t got any update on mine!

My I-130 was approved Friday at around 3pm while my I-485 is still pending. Did anyone in the our lovely community have their I-130 approved on a friday then had the I-485 approved the following Monday seeing that the field office does not work on weekends?

Wrong Address and Rejected
Hi everyone, good afternoon!
I wanted to share with you about this case: I first sent the documents to the address where we received the “Receipt Notice” letter, I sent all the forms (131. 485, 765) to Vermont.
But after a while, I realized that the website said to send to PO Box in Chicago IL because I am a Florida resident. So I canceled the first money order I sent and resent all the documents again on 04/15 and they received them the next day.
On 04/17 they received my first package and started processing, but I already knew it would be denied for having canceled the money order.
Detail, the first process started on 04/17 and I only received the first letter on 06/10. This week I received everything in sequence, the biometrics appointment, the RFE and copies of the first package with the letter of denial due to payment (which I canceled)

Today my husband received his i130 approved. We still have a long process to go but the first step is already done. It was as a Father's Day gift 😁 I hope everyone who is in the same situation gets approval soon!🙏🙏

do i need to send i-485?
hi everyone! i am 18 years old and i am from Kyrgyzstan. my dad is a permanent resident of the US.
now i am in the US with F-1 (student visa) for the next 3 years
i send my i-130 application on november 7, 2023 and it's being actively reviewed since december 13,2023. do i need to send i-485 before getting i-130 approved? my date is also not current yet
what is the approximate time to get i-130 approved? can i send i-485 and i-765?
