this happened to me. it was a month and a half between approvals. honestly I don’t know why it took so long but when I got my email saying an action had been taken on my 485 I asked Emma and she said “a check had been completed” but the next day my case was approved. sometime it just takes some time. there’s a few that I’ve been watching. try not to get too worried. wishing you a speedy approval. on the senator thing I had reached out to a congressperson and got everything lined up to make an inquiry and then BOOM I got approved. so give it a try it can’t hurt. @Adam Redding

I have also been waiting since July 1st since my I-130 approval. My EAD renewal was approved in less than 3months not sure why they can’t just approve the I-485.

@marry marry my lawyer was submitted service request on September 10, after that they responded that they will answer within in 90 days, it us already 60 days but nothing show up yet

I spoke to a live agent and after she looked at my information without me asking she filled a service request for case outside normal processing time. I hope it gets approved within the 60days they mentioned in the email.

@Adam Redding google congressperson and the city you’re in and there will be a phone number. call it then they will send you a release form and start an inquiry.
