@Miss M she is all about money they are never going to reimburse him

they wont give his money back. Probably his contract says “ prior results dont guarantee similar outcome”, in other words she never guarantee him that his case will be approved, so there is no basis to ask for his money back. It would be moral from her to give him money back since she did bad job , but I highly doubt in that outcome.

@Miss M The most disappointing part is that she didn’t even have the courtesy to speak to me about the situation in person; instead, she sent the paralegal to relay why my case was denied. This led to a big confrontation between the paralegal and me. I was so frustrated that I didn’t even think about the money. That firm seems solely focused on profit, handling cases like a gamble. I would never recommend anyone pay a substantial amount just to be treated like just another number in their system.

sadly, most lawyers are that way. you are really just another case file to them. I would say use a lawyer who has also gone through the immigration process. they can relate and they usually have empathy. I believe Olaleye law firm was on several non-immigrant visas before getting her green card after 12yrs . I haven’t personally used her but I think she’s been through it.

@Favored L I don’t think I agree that as getting a lawyer who has gone through immigration process. i had 2 lawyers who went through immigration process but they are the worst lawyers I will recommend anyone too . I feel like most of them are hustling for just money and not client interest .

I hate to say it but any lawyer who goes online promoting him/herself and if you call them office for consultation. they would want you to talk to other layers or paralegals . I would not trust to give them my case

It’s crazy to read how much people are paying for VAWA these days? An abused person still asked to pay a substantial amount of money to present their case to the immigration is WILD!!!!

@simon irfan the immigration lawyers be happy now since it’s going to be a rough part for most immigrants to adjust their status under trump . Soon they will all start coming online to get more clients . They pretend but they were all hoping for trump to win
