My husband and I submitted the i485 form together. 2021 ，we got rejected at the first time, then we won the case my husband successfully obtained the green card a few months ago, but my case has not changed at all. It still shows that it has been reopened. What is the problem? What else can I do?

Why are there so many people especially lawyers making a deal about being on foodstamps when petitioning for family, it's clearly stated in the USCIS policy manual that foodstamps is NOT an issue. So does the actual foodstamps website say as well. Do you know anyone getting a NOID or denial letter because of Foodstamps?
