Hello Guys earlier on this year in January I had a update on my case getting a NOIR on my already approved i360 because of some inconsistency in my administrative records. I sent them docs refrencing those inconsistencies in February and just yesterday received a mail re affirming approval. Now the thing is I called uscis to check on my case status for my i485 and they informed me it’s at the National Benefits center Missouri and everything looks good. Please do anyone who recently got approved from that center explains how long it takes for the i485 to be out and also what information do you know about this center. I would appreciate every help thanks 😢
vawa was approved , i485 transferred to local field office queens , anyone knows how long after they will give me interview or approval? also I have pending asylum with USCIS BETHPAGE OFFICE (no EIOR)
do I need to do anything? , they already received my medical and birth certificates a month ago , asylum is in Bethpage ny office not in court , please guide if you have any experience in this situation, how long will take in queens field office ? any way to expedite green card process
