would service request help?
case status is stuck at RFE received. however after that interview is done and even again additional documents submitted also. but case status still same on before. would it be useful to create service request? or ask from Emma?

@Charlie SC in interview letter was mentioned 120 days , but as of now it's 150 days. however in between another were requested which was also sent so would it count or not not sure

I did it today, they told me it processing normally tho it’s been pending for 300+ days

@DE DOK I think service request is only tells you the status of case than any expedite. because case status tool is stuck .

@MD Kashif no worries my fried also same his rfe received like 90days ago case still same most of cases PD June 2022 filed in Oct 2023

@sam y my PD is 8/2021 and received date 9/2022 . and it's been 150 days after interview. so I was thinking can try service request to know.
