Go online and do your change of address on your online account. if you don’t have your new address on your online account they won’t send it no matter how many times you call them.

After you input your new address on your online account then you can call them to resend it.

yes, my lawyer talk with uscis by email for the uscis resend the card again with correct address. took more 40 days to arrive after that.

@bridges 5 we did changes. We sent G-28 1.5 years ago. I went to infopass. I did changes by phone. They confirm new address every time I call them. By they still sent the card to the old address.

@bridges 5 I know. But lawyer moved and changed address with them. But they still sent card to the old address. But other documents we received to new address. That the issue they dont have updated system

@Lana P yeah, try to do that so there won't be second guessing to which address they need to send the card. I am not even sure do they do that, but I would def try asking them that

I don’t know where you got that impression. Based on what you said as regards applications being on protected seal is the more reason why they won’t do the change via phone call since they can’t tell if it’s the petitioner. you can change it via your online account, you can also change it by filing form AR-11 attaching a copy of the “informational letter” USCIS sent to you when you filed your i-360 VAWA. If you have a lawyer on file who submitted the G-28 form every main correspondence would pass through your lawyer while you just get a copy. So since your lawyer filed a G-28, your lawyer I believe should contact them of his new address for all cases he has on behalf of his clients with USCIS.
