timeline dependent i485 eb2 with date retrogression
hello,
my i485 remains pending due to date retrogression. one day after my i485 was put on ‘ pending ‘ my ead was approved and i131 was approved 2 days after.
hope it helps. continue to wish dates move so I can get my GC

I-131 late submitted… Fast approval… nothing make sense 🤣
Wierd… I-131 late submitting… fast aproval! this process is sooo random that does not make sense… i did not submit any expedite for the Advance of parole… so I will consider myself lucky!

My wife got 2 years Green card instead of 10
i did EB-3 unskilled and got approved and got 10 years green card
initially when i filed i-140 i-485 i-765 I haven’t added my wife because i haven’t married yet
i added her later before i-485 approval
i got approved after 5 months filing for my wife
and my wife got approved on July
but we got for my wife 2 years Green card with CX6 type
Usually dependents of EB-3 get 10 years green card
on her approval notice its written based on approved I-140
is anybody had this issue before
please advise
