question about i130
It has been almost 4 months since i130 got approved and was asked to fill i824 to transfer the case. I received an email this morning saying my case has been sent to nvc without i824 approval. shall I contact nvc or shall I wait for a welcome letter? anyone with this experience would be helpful? thank you all.

i got approval after respond to NOID notice. it took me 41 days for approval !
first actively review on march 5th,2022
then on june5th recived NOID notice
i respond to this notis on august 8th, 2022
the 2nd time actively reviewing status udated
on sep,15th 2022 jus day after this they approved my case !
excited and waiting for welcome email from NVC

welcome letter from nvc
Hi, I have been waiting for more than 60 days for welcome letter from NVC. USCIS approved our i-130 petition on July 22, however, have not heard from NvC at all. I contacted NvCexpedite and they said my case is going through administrative processing at NVC even though interview has not even taken place yet. Not sure if they are referring to section 221g administrative processing. Have not received any formal letter or notice regarding that. I am really worried! Anybody else wating for welcome letter for this long? Not sure what I can do as very hard to reach them. I am a US citizen petitioning for my wife. USCIS approval notice said to contact NVC after 45 days, but submitted inquiry and no progress on it.
Just got my approval from Nebraska 🥳
The funny part is that I thought I was in Texas and then when I checked the approval I noticed it came from Nebraska🥳
I sent it on Nov 11, 2021
and I got the approval on Sept 17 (Saturday)
which means they work on weekends.

EAD APPROVED 🙌🙌 so happy!! I have a question about Advance Parole though.
When I applied for EAD I applied together with I-485 but not applied for AP which I regret now for not applying. Can I apply for AP now? Or it’s best to wait until I-485 is approved ? Which one might take longer ?
