I would highly encourage everyone to look into a writ of mandamus with your lawyer. Demand letter was sent on October 3rd and I was informed today, October 13, that my case was approved. My receipt date was 3/31/20 and biometrics on 12/18/20 with the Nebraska Service Center

This is the best birthday gift ever and that too it came in a week early. I was so stressed as I am on STEM OPT and got a new job with better $$$ but my OPT was expiring on 12/19/2022. I put in an expedite request due to extreme financial hardship on 09/27 and then got a reply that they were processing my request on 10/12. To be a bit proactive I uploaded a letter with mine and spouse’s bank statements in the USCIS online account’s unsolicited evidence section. And today I got the approval. I can keep working now. The universe has been good to me. 👍👍😎😎😁😁😊😊😊For everyone on same boat I’d suggest to keep hope and be proactive. things will work out

Does anyone know when Green card is mailed?
Hi guys! My i485 was approved this week, but I was wondering when the actual green card is mailed. These are the status I've gotten since Sat Oct 8, 2022
Oct 8 - My new card is being produced
Oct 11 - My case is approved (Monday Oct 10 was a federal holiday)
Shouldn't USCIS be mailing the Green card either today or tomorrow?

Hello there everyone i am so stressed out on the system it shows that my new green card is deliverd to the old address but i never received it i, also try to go to the old apt and met the guy who lives there but he told me that he never recived that mail so i don't know what to do i tried to submit e-request form but isn't working if any one have any information about this kind of case please let me know.
